Born in Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada and now lives in Myrtle Beach, SC, the 3rd U.S. state so far in her TV/Radio career. Early on the cards were unknowingly being dealt for her to be in radio. It was in the 5th grade her teacher gave her the nickname of "Jaws" because she, you guessed it, talked so much. After moving from Canada where she got her radio start with 92 Citi Fm, she continued with radio in New Hampshire followed by Minnesota before making it to the beach in 2002. Not only can your hear Alix with the Mitch & Alix Good Morning Show on Star 92.1, you can see her on WFXB Fox TV as she co-hosts a weekly show called "Not the News" on every Saturday at 7:30pm. Alix also has her own company called "SheVoice Productions" in which she does all sorts of voice-over work, another one of her passions. You never know where you might hear her, having done work for St. Maarten, Florida, Atlanta, Minnesota, St. Kitts, North Carolina, just to name a few.
